The fictional hearing began when somebody used a food name that another guildmate considered technically unacceptable. Within moments, the dungeon entrance had become an unsuitable venue for constitutional debate.
One player requested a definition. Another produced a family recipe as evidence. A third asked whether anyone intended to summon the remaining party member.
The judge, appointed because they had the quietest microphone, attempted to establish a speaking order. This lasted until somebody mentioned cheese.
Fictional court note: "The witness has submitted a photograph of lunch. The court accepts that lunch looks excellent."

The group agreed that nobody needed to settle every regional disagreement before playing together. Opinions could remain strong while the people holding them stayed welcome at the table.
The party entered the dungeon. During the first quiet corridor, somebody asked where to find good pastry nearby. The hearing resumed, this time with useful restaurant suggestions.
